The shell is made from 3.5-6 mm steel pipe. The steel pipe provides a more rigid structure. In moderately aggressive environments, steel has advantages in terms of its service life over plastic. With it, the roller can be used at extreme temperatures, from -40° to +50 ° C.
We use only solid shafts in calibrated circle and hexagonal styles. Such shafts provide the necessary rigidity of the structure and are able to withstand significant loads. The shaft ends come in a range of varieties, which will allow you to easily install the rollers on a conveyor or roller bed.
The connection of the roller shell with the housing. Welding the housing to its shell is performed by modern high-precision robots to give maximum rigidity to the structure. This design is resistant to vibrations and mechanical influences.
We use a stamped bearing assembly housing made from steel sheet. The steel housing provides a tight fit. We do not use plastic housings. Our construction is tougher and more durable. We manufacture the housings for the bearing assembly ourselves.
Radial ball bearings. We carefully inspect the bearings during the purchase so that the final product is free from defects. We use closed and open bearings based on the client's tasks.
Labyrinth seals. We independently manufacture labyrinth seals from self-extinguishing or frost-resistant polypropylene. Labyrinth seals protect the bearing assembly from dust, moisture and other environmental influences.
Our locking rings are made of 65G steel. The steel ring securely fixes the bearing on the shaft and prevents its displacement.
