Conveyor
pulleys

Conveyor elements are designed to transfer the traction force to the conveyor belt, change the direction of its movement and tension. Properly installed pulleys provide the necessary tension and centering of the belt, they eliminate slippage and increase grip.

Drive
pulleys
Designed to drive a conveyor belt. At the request of the customer, the pulley can be lined. Liners allow one to increase the efficiency of the pulley due to an improved grip, extend its service life, as well as to reduce the wear of the conveyor belt.

Non-drive
pulleys
Designed to tighten the belt and increase its coefficient of adhesion. Such a pulley does not allow the belt to slip during movement, and on horizontally-inclined conveyors, it is installed to change the direction of the belt’s movement. Such pulleys can be installed in different places along the conveyor line. At the request of the customer, the pulley may be lined.

Tail-end
pulleys
Designed to tighten the belt and increase its coefficient of adhesion. Such pulleys are installed in different places along the conveyor line, for example, at the bend and at the points of maximum load. At the request of the customer, the pulley can be lined. This will increase the efficiency of its operation due to greater grip, as well as reduce the wear of the belt.
